Return and Refund Policy
1. Returns: We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our ceramic handmade decorative items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or personalized orders- Items purchased on sale or clearance
2. Return Process

after you get Authorization Number (RAN). carefully pack the item in its original packaging along with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Write the RAN on the outside of the package and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team.
Shipping:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
- If rejected, we will notify you and return the item to you.
Late or Missing Refunds:
